"I would title this review "1000% ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!" Through our line of work, we have met and collaborated with many top agents over the past thirty years, and Jaymes is undeniably at the very top of the top 1%! Yes, he and his team are that amazing! If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and make your life easier—contact Jaymes! We initially met Jaymes by chance at an open house—what an incredible stroke of luck! As we talked with him, we were immediately impressed by his professionalism, extensive knowledge of real estate in the areas we were exploring, his great personality, wonderful sense of humor, and incredible kindness. While we had no idea just how accomplished Jaymes was, we knew instantly that he was the one we wanted to work with. One of the most impressive things about Jaymes was his honesty and thoroughness when analyzing each property we considered. He wasn’t focused on simply "closing a deal." Instead, he provided thoughtful insights and took the time to ensure we were making informed decisions. Over the 3.5 months of working together, Jaymes could have taken the easy route, but he remained committed to helping us find the right condo or house within our desired price range and area. From start to finish, our experience with Jaymes and the entire Team Song was phenomenal! They supported us every step of the way, and since we were buying a condo, there were plenty of steps. Without Team Song—especially the amazing Ashley and Kristy, who kept us informed and on track with all the deadlines—we would have been completely overwhelmed. What an incredible group of people! Every single one of them was helpful, friendly, kind, and professional. The list of things Jaymes did for us far exceeded our expectations. He picked us up from the Honolulu airport to look at a "project" house, navigated countless steps for that house (which we ultimately didn’t purchase), helped us make informed choices on condos, handled numerous phone calls and texts, spent time at various properties with us, provided excellent resources and information, and worked closely with other professionals to ensure we reached the closing date. On top of all that, he invited us to an incredible movie showing at the Kahala Theater, where we met his equally amazing wife, Becky (complete with a gift certificate for food!), and surprised us with a beautiful gift basket after we took possession of the condo. The list of thoughtful and generous gestures goes on and on. Truly, Jaymes went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
