THE RESIDENCES

The Residences is a collection of one- and two-bedroom units privately housed within the upper 36 floors of the West Tower. Designed for elevated living, the tower offers stunning views, open air lanais and contemporary interior finishes curated by Philpotts Interiors.

THE FLATS

The Flats at Sky Ala Moana East, a mixture of studios, one- and two-bedroom residences, offered to qualified owner-occupant buyers.

THE HOTEL

The Hotel at Sky Ala Moana includes 300 studio, one- and two-bedroom units situated within the upper floors of the east tower. Residents will benefit from convenient guest accommodations for hosting friends and family, poolside attendants, and food & beverage service.

SKY SHOPS

The Kapiolani ground level offers residents and the public a unique, diverse retail dining and shopping experience. Accessed through a central porte-cochere drive, Sky Shops anchor the eight-level podium that connects the soaring towers to the urban boulevard.

TOWERS

Sky Ala Moana will be two towers, Sky West (left tower in photo above) and Sky East.
Majority of Sky East will be hotel rooms. Floors 9-14 will house 84 affordable condo units -
60 studios, six 1-bedrooms, and 18 2-bedrooms.
Sky West consists of market-value 1 and 2 bedroom condos. All units will have a lanai and split AC, with its condenser on the lanai.
Sky West is a 43-story tower with five 1-bedroom, and six 2-bedroom units per floor.
Sky West allows pets. There is a limit of two pets under 60 lbs.

AMENITIES

The 8th floor consists of five garden residences, and a vast recreation area including multiple lawns, grill stations, cabanas, recreation and theater rooms, two pools, jacuzzis, separate his/her saunas and locker rooms, a pet walking area, and much more.
