The first residence will be a 35-floors consisting of 242 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. It will be located on the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard and Kamakee Street and will create a one-acre community park pavilion, park-side restaurant seating, natural play elements with native planting and wayfinding signage.
The second residence will integrate ground-level retail. It will have 33-floors consisting of 148 two-, three- four-, and five-bedroom homes.
The plans include a combined 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The shops and restaurants "incorporate a pedestrian arcade and outdoor seating along Auahi St, expanded walking pasth along Ala Moana Boulevard, public art, natice landscaping wayfinding signage."
